DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR TEAM RATES
To be eligible for the "team" discounts, the coach or other responsible individual must ensure that three sets of documents are completed prior to the team's first use of the facility EACH COACH MUST;
1)submit a completeTeam Roster of its players, 2)submit a signed & completedLiability Release form (signed by a parent or legal guardian for players under 18 years of age) for each player on his/her roster, and 3)read and sign theCoach's Expectations document.
Each of these documents can be downloaded by clicking the appropriate link above. Having a completed document package upon arrival during a team's first visit eliminates unnecessary delays.
Winter 2018 Reservations Scheduling Policy
DEPOSITS for 2018 winter reservations will be accepted on or about the beginning of September, 2017. Once DEPOSITS are received, your winter 2018 spot is guaranteed.
Prior to Spetember reservation acceptance, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what days/times your team would like for winter workouts. We'll build the schedule around everyone's requests. We'll contact you on or BEFORE September 20, 2017, with a copy of the winter workout invoice/schedule for your team. At that time we'll accept DEPOSITS to confirm your time slot.

Returning teams will be given first priority to returning to their previous time slots.
This scheduling process is necessary due to a period of high personal demand during October and November.
Peak Season Booking Policy 1) Reservations for the upcoming Peak Season (Jan - Mar) may be "locked in" at any time after September 15th of the prior year. 2) A 20%Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit (for reservations totalling $1000 or more) or a 10% Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit(for reservations totalling less than $1000) is required to "lock-in" at time the reservation(s) is/are made. 3) Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to each scheduled date. Example, a January 20th reservation must be paid in full by January 6th. 4) Reservations cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a refund of all but the applicable Non-Refundable Deposit portion decsribed in #2 above. 5) Reservation schedule changes made more than 72 hours from scheduled date will NOT be assessed any additional charges. 6) Cancellations within last 72 hours of a scheduled session are subject to 100% forfeiture of session charges. In case of cancellation due to inclement weather BASES will not enforce late cancellation forfeiture as long as "good will" attempts are made to reschedule the reservation. BASES reserves the right to make final determination on weather related refunds or rescheduling. 7) Reservation date/time changes within the last 72 hours prior to a scheduled session are subject to additional $25 rescheduling fee. 8) 5% DISCOUNT will be applied for each reservation "paid in full" at time of booking when booked by October 31st of the prior year.
Spring/Fall Season Booking Policy 1) Reservations for the upcoming Spring/Fall Season will be accepted anytime after December 15th for the upcoming Spring Season or July 15th (for the upcoming Fall Season). 2) A $25 Deposit may be required at time of reservation. 3) Balance due prior to scheduled session. 4) Cancellations made more than 72 hours from scheduled date are eligible for 100% refund. 5) Schedule changes made more than 72 hours from scheduled date will NOT be assessed any additional charges. 6) Cancellations within 72 hours of reservation are subject to forfeit of $25 deposit or $10 rescheduling fee
Off Season Booking Policy 1) No Deposit required at time of reservation. 2) Balance due prior to scheduled reservation. 3) Cancellations/Schedule Changes not subject to any additional charges.
We offer significant discounts from our regular retail rates to our local teams. We believe that keeping our rates low helps our teams compete (both athletically and financially) with teams from other areas. If a team uses our facility during their normal winter workouts they may find that they save enough to afford an extra tournament or two during the regular season. More opportunities to play means, more experience, more fun, and a better skill level. Better skill level increases self-esteem, improves attitude, and provides countless other advantages for our youth. Another reason that teams deserve a financial advantage is that their coach(es) will be responsible for providing oversight of their athletes while at our facility. As such, our teams take a level of ownership for their facility. Respecting the equipment, the mounds, the turf, and the rest of the facility is a key contributor to being able to keep team rates low.
Winter 2018 Team Rental Perks

2) FREE use of BASES Meeting Room for coaches' meetings throughout the winter season.
